welcome to homemadeturbo.com
I dont want to get on your bad side, Im a fellow Hoosier! i just found things a little hard to believe. thats all.
around here, it takes alot to get into the 11's. well, at least a little more than 10psi and slicks anyways.

well is car is gutted. only has a drivers seat. he made about 240whp when he was tunning his car at modernspeedlabs in indy. his name is hoggy and he is a member. the b16 is no longer with us, (rings went to ----) but damn i bet if he got slicks he could have been in the 12s

Eh, thinking a bit farther here its not too off the wall.
I'd say its entirely do-able, those are some pretty good sized slicks. The guy doesn't really seem like he's a bullshitter either.
Dragon - yeah I am having slow moments, I been grinding Jeep bumpers all day and my minds a little fried.

I ran pretty much that same mph but was a full second slower. Its amazing what slicks willl do
And your fuel management really doesn't matter when it comes to running the times, you'll just gernade that much sooner

Re:tryin to throw the BS flag...
Slicks will lower your trap speeds more than you think. Even with me getting 1.9 60ft's spinning the slicks I was trapping 115mph. Going down to 1.7's dropped the traps and the ET's.
BTW more people blow motors daily trying to do thier own Hondata, or AEM EMS tune without knowing what they are doing. A FMU is very safe under 10psi. Out of boost which I do 99% of the time it's running off my stock P30 ECU program and fuel pressure so it drives like stock. Once in boost the amount of fuel it dumps is more than safe. Granted I could tune it to make more power by taking out some fuel up top with a real management but it's not nessasary at my power levels. You gotta remember, i'm not making huge power here. 250whp on a B16 at 10psi is average and tons of people do this with even less psi. I've put over 15k miles on the motor with the turbo/FMU in a year and the engine is in as good of shape as it was when the turbo went on.
