pilot bearing might have came out of the crank, but won't come off so the shaft can slide thru the flywheel.

Dunno how much room you have, might wanna undo all the pressure plate bolts, see if you can slide it back enough to get to the flywheel bolts......

I've seen clutch disc welded to a input shaft on a Honda, all you have to do then it just the pressure plate bolts.
