make sure you have a clean bathroom near by and start eating rasin bran all the time. its high in fiber so it makes you ---- all the time and loose weight. one of the fireman at a station i do work for lost a lot of weight doing it. knocked off like 15lbs in less than 2 months i think

healthy diet, cardio, and some weights will work fine. If you want to really boost the weight loss try hydroxycut or something... I used lipo6 and lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks when combined with everything else

You can cycle carbs but that is hard as ----, so start with lowering em first. Try to eat only whole grain's .... which sucks and lots of cardio. Eat early in the day, and try to have your last meal at a regular suppertime. Eat more frequently with smaller meal amounts. things that help: green tea extract, gaba (sketchy), cla, ignore the rest of that bullshit heart attack inducing, ---- leakage bullshit that costs 90bux a bottle. Add plent of fish oils for healthy fats. Weight loss happens in the kitchen and on the treadmill. |

Pretty much what works for me is Jogging Ive been trying to make myself start again for like 3 months now. I just get where I'll run about five mile twice a day. I get kind of obsessed after awhile and run sometimes three times a day. It takes about two weeks to get it going but once your over that hump the fat melts away.
works for me anyway. |

I went from 245 to 210 in about 2 months, all i did was cardio and made sure i burned more calories then I took in. I ate about 1200-1800 calories a day, did a 25 min taebo work out, ran for 30 min on the elipticle and did a light boxing work out on a reflex bag. I didn't do all three everyday, i did mon, wed, fri for taebo, and tue, thur for elpticle and reflex bag. saw a boost in my energy level too. I would like to get into a gym and pump some iron, but i don't have the money for that, so i just do the cardio. I'd like to get back down to what I weighed in high school which is like 170-180...wouldn;t mind getting to what I weighed when I was playin baseball in college which was 164, i was in the best shape of my life. If you do running, sprinting is the best because when your done your body will still burn calories up to like 3 hours after. Also eat chicken cause your body burns more calories processing it then most foods

well this is my routine. im eating healthy salad and some slices of deli ham for lunch and dor dinner one chicken breast roastesd with some sort of salad or roasted vegtables. and for the work out i do 5min fast pace walk then 5 min full out run and do that for 30'min bench press 3 sets of 25 and 50 situps take a 10 min break then another 5min jog with anoth 50 situps. also im going to try to walk up earlier and run for anout 15
~ though about hydroxycut and all that other ---- but does it actually help at all? |

You need a routine. LIft weights before your cardio, its great and all that your doing bench but your missin all of your exerices.
Start off with the heavy movers, squats, bench, rows, military press till you get stronger. As you ge ta bit stronger add dips and pull ups as well as some core work. Sometimes less is more, dont over complicate things or overwhelm yourself in the gym,. I'm not an expert but ive dont a fair amount of reading. Bottled weightloss is a short term measure, if you dont change yoru lifestyle you'll put it on all 2lbs at a time till your a fat ---- again. I will now continue to watch return of the living dead. |

Have sex as much as possible and switch positions like a pornstar. Rebuild engines in your head during, slam redbull before, during and after. Try to go for as long as you can.
I hear ----- is low carb. I lost a bunch of weight since i met my gf. I used to weigh 165. Now i'm down to 145-138 depending on how often i take a ----. It's probably gone up since she had the baby. I haven't been able to skate, ride my bike, work on my car, get laid.....nothing. I had a job transfer a few months back where i really dont do ---- but load trucks with a forklift for 40 hours a week. Sometimes 50. Cake job. Lots of fun doing forklift burnouts and dori-dori. To loose fat, 20 minutes of cardio isn't going to get it. Shoot for 40-50min of slow cardio, just enough to get you heart rate up.
Lifting will burn calories also, but I doubt you will make any gains, impossible to loose fat and build muscle at the same time unless you hit the aas. Find out your basal metabolic rate, add in your actuivuty level and then cut 500-700 calories from your daily diet. Real world losses expect about a pound a week, the frist few you might loose a good bit form water s don't get upset when it slows down. Once you drop all the fat, then look into Rippetoe's workout, as I think drinking a gallon of milk a day and eating pretty much everything in site is probably not a good idea when trying to loose weight. And it you need a little kick, Bronkaid and caffeine works wonders in eating up some calories. I was 230 last christmas and it took me a little over 6 months to get down to 175# (5'11" btw) I started the Rippetoe method a couple weeks ago, kinda scary putting on weight. |

its actually pretty ------- simple. Eat right, and exercise. Diet wise, watch for high fructose corn syrup-- its in EVERYTHING, but especially in sweet drinks. Drop all that ---- and drink water instead. If you need something sweet, buy some of that fake sugar flavored drink sweeteners. Milk is fine too. Eat more whole foods.

i know that 5 minutes is going to do nothing, i do 5min fast pace walk to warm up, then a 10 - 15min jog till my leg burn, then 5 min speed walk to cool down and then another 10minutes of joging, i do 50 situps before running and random weight training, andother 50 situps. plus eating one healty meal a day. and im considering hydroycut to boost the metabolism

naw im going to dominican republic in a month, and i want to tone up a little. but over all i just want to lose the rest of the excess fat, i use to weight 265, now im down to 205 and i did that by just starving, but this last 20lbs aint going to be soo easy, so today i got some hydroycut tyoe stuff and a whey protien powder.
im going to have a shake in the morning, small salad at lunch, smaller portioned dinner, work out, then have some fruit before bed. with that plan think its possible to lose 20lbs in a month? |

I just hate when people say "i was lifting for 2 months and put on 8lbs :'( " Putting on muscle is good, and I read somewhere that just having 1lb of muscle extra will burn 50 calories a day. So dont even look at your weight imo. Lift heavy enough weight where you have to stop at like 12 reps, any more reps is a waste imo
