If i could ask a favor of you "smart" people. Work out the details on how to build your own traction bar, go to an everyday store that sells the parts like menards or home depot get part numbers for us and make a step by step on how to make the cheapest most effective setup?

Home Depot and like don't carry the stuff you need. i know b/c i checked all of my local hardware stores. just check any steel distributor for the 1/4" plates (all you need is a 8x8 piece) and round or square tube, or check their dumpsters.
