Tow hook nuts fell out and stripped. WTF?? What to do?
So a while back while installing that Weirtech tractionbar ( that bent no more than a week after i installed it ) the 3 bolts fell out while tightening them up and 1 stripped. So i guess im wondering what you guys would do in this case. Should i just drill a whole on the other side of the frame and use long ass bolts or bypass the tow hook bolts and fabricate some brackets so that it only bolts up using the stock crossmeber locations on the bottom using the 2 long 17mm bolts.
Thanks! |

I just cut out the other side on the coupe and used lock nuts when the weak ass spot welds broke loose. Cut it out and spray some primer in there afterwards so rust doesn't sneak up on you. |
