torque specs
 
ok i just put a ls in my 91 ef 4 door and im puting new rod bearings in it and wanted 2 know the torque spec if anyone could help me that wwould be sweet

look it up dude torque specs for hondas are scattered all over the internet

if its a stock LS i would get a haynes manual and look at the specs in there. it would be good to have it anyways

Since I have Haynes repair manual I'll save you the time...
Main bearing cap bolts Step 1 for B18B (22 ft lbs)
Main bearing cap bolts Step 2 for B18B (56 ft lbs)

Connecting Rod bearing cap nuts Step 1 (14 ft lbs)
Connecting Rod bearing cap nuts Step 2 (23 ft lbs)

Feel free to ask if you have further questions

thanks man so the rod caps u go and put them at (14 ft lbs) and than after that u go and do it again at (23 ft lbs)
