In regards to the Nigga/------ thing, I best liked how Tupac explained it. 'The ------s are the ones with the ropes arounds their necks hanging from trees. The ------ are the ones with the gold ropes around their necks hangin in the clubs.' ;D

Blacks use 'nigga' as a symbol of brotherhood and membership, its a priveledge. For an outsider to use it means they have special priveledge or just enjoy looking like an idiot. Most can probably get away using it in their privacy or on here but try it in the real world and see how much it's appreciated.

You're right. I believe it was the Portuguese that first started the slave trade, followed by the Spain, and then the British. And to those that think that the Civil War was fought because a bunch of white guys felt that black men and woman should be free and equal, are complete idiots. Yes, many made the Civil War look like a fight for rights, but it was really a fight for power and states rights. I wonder why it happened right after California and all of those western states became territories. ::)

I'm not Racist at all, and I don't like to use the term "------" or "nigga." I don't like anybody using those terms, as with "cracker" or ---- like that. I know it's all in fun here, and nobody really means a lot of the things they say (it's the God damn internet), but people (including African Americans) need to know that racism goes both ways. I find the BET channel to provide just as much into our pool of racism as the KKK. It's actually going to be harder to pull ourselves out of that one.

Oh, and by the way, I'm not white. I prefer British-American ;)
