took a couple of dyno pulls w/ uberdata

mainstream performance outside metro atl had a dyno day today. here's my results:
td04L, starion fmic, dsm 450cc and bov, 11psi uberdata street-tuned .75*/lb of boost.

186whp175wtq not too bad for sohc non-vtec still running the y7 tranny.
disregard their afr curve...it was a sniffer in the tailpipe. car ran mid 12's to high 11's all the way across according to my wideband. need to experiment with different timing in boost to see what i'll get.

your trans doesn't affect your dyno #'s

Nice man. Id be happy w/ those #'s w/ that setup.

How much timing on the top end?

do .5*retard per pound of boost, bet you will hit close to 200

Sctty thats great to hear. I am going to be doing some work at a local dyno and I am getting free tuning and dyno runs. I will post my bin if it exceeds yours. Did you change that bin since the last one you sent me?

got 2 waiting...first one 2nd/3rd fubar. second one input shaft loose (bearing going?). been too lazy to break them apart to rebuild. on the schedule to do it soon though. had the first one in for a week and it seemed so much faster and torque.

my first 3k miles/original bin was, but my timming at 11psi was almost 28* at 11psi. made me a feel a little uncomfortable. cranked it back to .75*/lb and it felt a bit better (butt dyno) and my egt seemed more reasonable...i like my ringlands. next dyno day i'm going to experiment with a few different timming maps and will just swap chips each pull.

changed the retard to .75*/lb and retuned the boost maps (gets much richer when remove timing) and fixed/leaned out the rich spots between 19-11hg in vac.

wish i could get some free dyno time. i'd be more than happy to pay a discounted rate for them to just let me loose on the dyno and tune my own car. i just can't pay what most dyno places want to charge/hr.

that particular map was at 24* at 11psi.
