im sporting primer grey right now..but im spraying it this weekend i hope...hey man..just save up and do it right ..thats a decent car make it look nice...the paint is going to fade in like a week if you rattle can it...a gallon of black base coat clear coat is like 250..primer 50...sand paper 30...hlvp spray gun 50 .....for around 400 you could have it done nice and wont have to redo it unless you mess up

I decide on how much paint I'd go through and all the hassle. I'm just gonna do a 250 ambassador paint job at maaco's in town and call it a day. It took me nearly 4 cans to do the hood so it had a nice even coat and not be blouchy. Just waiting on the insurance to send me my check. Bastards I hate waiting.

If you take it to maaco, atleast do a little prep on your car first, hit the edges with some high grit. Tape off your side mirror glass/muffler

They ------- push the car in, tape and clean for 5 min and just spray. Ive seen some real shitty ------- work on those maaco cars, moulding being painted and such.

Either tip the painter before hand, or do it your ------- self
