use sand to smooth out the intake manifold... just let the intake suck it in while the car is running... i hear its common for VW/Audi owners

yeah but dont forget it has to be beach sand because of the high heat capabilities. you dont want it melting in your engine you want it to shoot out the exhaust

Don't forget that when you do it you have to hold the engine to it's redline. Make sure to do a video so we can have it posted in the faq section for everyone else asking the same question. It's gave me 21 extra whp and 13lbs/torque as we tested it on the dyno, forgot my video camera at home though... this was on a honda so you should see a much better torque gain than I did.. I used a 1 liter ice cream dish full, wasn't sure if that was enough but after doing the final dyno pull I was happy with those gains.

Yeah people use to do a bit of research and wasn't scared to try things, all these newbie want to be spoon fed everything, you know how the old saying goes ask a stupid question get a stupid answer.... The worst part is all the info they want is at the top of each forum, it is pretty obvious none of them have looked at it...
