The way I see it is you can't buy a used turbo w/ guaranteed shaftplay and video proof and later on down the road expect to get a full refund for the product that Timmay claims is in worse condition. Unless he can prove his case somehow he's fucked and needs to just eat it.

the issue is.. the turbo wasnt sold as a rebuildable turbo.. which it obviously is..

it was sold as a working turbo.. any shaft play that causes the compressor wheel to hit the housing is shot and needs to be rebuilt
