Holy crap dude what were you doing to break a Snap on ratchet? You know they make these things called breaker bars, you dont have to put a piece of pipe over the end of your rachet. Sereously I have never had a problem with mine and I made a living with them every day for fifteen years, maybe the older ones are better than the ones they sell these days, I dont know.

i just use it alot and its a medium tooth stup so it doesnt take to much to ---- up the head.

I like westward ,kobalt ,NAPPA and nourthern myself those are what i got in my shop. Soon to have some specialty sheet metal tools aluminum hood under way hehehehehehehe

most of my tools are craftsman, i have some no name brands for electronic work, and I've got a few snap on tools coming in now to. If you work with power tools, I highly recommend that MAC Tools or Snap On impact sockets... The life time warranty on them makes them so damn worth it
