if you car is to be drivin on the street you dont really need a tubo timer. As long as your running fully sinthetic motor oil there is no real need for it. 0.02

oil cooler > turbo timer

I had one like that that talked in Japanese. While Installing it, I blew half my fuses and relays. Car has been fucked up ever since.

They make tt honda/acura harnesses now. Check out ebay. I was looking around and their around 30ish then the headache of trying to wiring up. Just plug and play and since the majority use a 3 prong connector then it'll work for alot of TT. Plus for how cheap they are compared to the price of a oil cooler kit then it's worth it. If you make a oil cooler then that another story.

I have that EXACT TT...what kind of car do you have? I used the directions for a Prelude and matched it up using the FSM, I'll try and find those directions again...mine had no harness either, just hard wire it, no biggie
