Tickets: Trial by declaration. What should I say?

I got a ticket for 65 in a 55 and I requested trial by declaration. I was only a mile or so past a 65 zone but overall I just don't know how to go about saying I'm innocent. Any tips?

just go up there with no lawyer and talk to the prosecuter.. apoligize and admit it was your fault and say you dont want any points on your ----.. tell them your willing to work something out.. tell them you werent speeding on purpose.. you just didnt catch the sign change..

have a google map printed up with the location of all the speed signs on the street and where you got pulled over...
if theres a gas station or some sort of store next to the speed sign just say you pulled into there then pulled outta there so you didnt see the speed sign..

---- like that..

Had the same thing happen to me. One cop just handed me the ticket and said had a nice evening, very profesional but cold.

The second guy gave me a pamphlet on a class I could take for $65 and they would drop the ticket and fines.

Ask if they have a class like this.

Write up a fake bill of sale and tell them you just bought the car and the speedo wasn't working.

They aren't going to take the time to check it. I have done this more than once. I got a ticket for my tag being out of date, so made a b.o.s. and said I just bought it and the tag bolts were rusted on. Also got one for no insurance, which wasn't my car, but I got a ticket and pulled the same thing.

first off that ---- doesnt even work you ----, because he is still guilty of commiting the crime of speeding, excuses dont do ----

and second your pretty much fucked unless you can prove to the judge that the cop radar'd the wrong car or that his radar was broken etc.
