It has everything to do with it, i live in a area of very shitty drivers (95% chinks/4% women/1%fag wannabes) and i would love to have a nice loud ass horn ; )

Thats good for you i live something like 1- 1 1/2 miles away from chinatown, and my daily commute usually forces me to go through most of it :X. There is this one area with a 1/2 mile radius that pretty much is a red flag to drive through when it's rush hour or weekend, pretty much fob's need a good wakeup :D. Not to mention all the redneck fags who think they're awesome switching lanes and cutting people off like crazy or trying to sideswipe me then get caught in a red light (in which very nice words are exchanged)..
