It makes sense that there is so much street racing because the tracks are too far. There is a good amount of racing that goes on in oakland and hayward. Yuba City supposedly is working on a track. There also is redding which is a journey for people from the Bay but from sacramento areas its another option.

Honestly I wouldnt mind driving to infineon if the track wasnt horrible. It goes uphill and there is always a crazy headwind. Sac is much more redneck but it is a better track. Oh yeah, and infineon are dicks when it comes to tech inspection

The redding track is really nice and its basically dead all the time who would think all the way out there but for people in the farm lands aka anything north of sac its a great track. I havent been to infienon since it was Sears point years back. The bay area could use another track but the only areas that land isnt super duper valueable to make money would be way down in areas like tracy etc. North bay already has the super duper baller track.
