thinking about turboing again

Well im thinking about turboing my d16y8 again cuz i sold my ssauto kit and got back most of my money i sold it cuz the fmu was pissing me off. im thinking about getting a nice kit cuz i do not really have the skill, time,or tools to do a home made turbo. are pistons and rods easy to put in? i want to go all out but still have a daily driver. will i be able to run 12 psi on my stock internals with a good tune and still have my car last along time? what would i probably be running with 12 psi in a 99 coupe? im looking to hit 13s or is that not possible. ill be running uberdata this times since i hate fmus and im igorant and didnt listen the first time . im also going to take the advice about no rice. im going to get rid of my apc tail lights {they came with the car} and try get rid of the 17s and get some donuts.

You dont have the time or skill to do a homemade turbo kit but you want to build a motor ???

13s are easily possible. I'd be shooting for mid-low 12's with a built D and some tire

i dont really have to much time because of school and stuff. just weekends. but i do not have the skill because i have never changed pistons or gone into the engine. i also do not have alot of tools such as a good welder i have a pretty good set for being 17. i have a shitty $50 welder and a basic tool set. if i learned how to change the rods and ---- will take me a while but the second time i will get it done in half the time. same with my turbo took me about 3 days to install now i think i can install a premade kit in less then 4 hours.
