so if you think that there is no v8's that run in the 8's or 7's that are street driven......here is a link for all you haters

all these guys had to drive their cars 1500 miles to 5 different tracks with no trailers!!! to me that is one hell of a feat

Im going to go out on a limb here and say that its extremely hard to put down the power of a 8 or 9 sec V8 on the street without crashing into a wall.

my friends ls1 easily has 160+traps in it and its a highway king on 315 dr's. lol. actually laying down a 9 second pass and driving the car on the street and having the trap speed for a 9 second pass are two different things. you wanna race someone from a stop for big money, they are most likely trailoring their car at 2am on some rediculous slicks. that happens around here at like 3am every sat night. guys are 40-50 yrs old and run for 1000-2000 a pop. preppin the highway with vht and a torch is something to see.

Not to interrupt the current debate, but he's my contribution to doing the h22 swap.

The guy even sends you complete instructions with pictures, so even a ------- retard could install this. Really it's not that hard of a swap. And you don't have to cut the fire wall at all. I don't know where you heard that from, but the only cutting you have to do is in the floor to mount the shifter assembly, and a little trimming on the wheel well webbing to clear the tranny. You have to do the usual clearance for a b series alternator. And as far as the speedo, get a cable b series speed sensor, works just fine. You will have to buy a custom passenger side axle, an accord mid shaft, and a 89 acura integra drivers side axle. We took the butterflies out of the intake manifold, so we're running a chipped p28. It's really a relatively easy swap. Everything bolted right up. The only real concern is making sure that you get the passenger side tranny mount in correct, but it's really not hard. It only took me and my buddy 2 days to get the swap in and running.

He's not scared. He has a complete kit, minus a manifold. He wants a custom one. He's gonna run a super 70 turbo on 8psi for daily drivin. Probably isn't gonna go on until this next spring though. We get a ---- load of snow around here so this will be parked next to my ls/vtec turbo'd hatch for the winter.

You might as well pull that motor out......I see an auto tensioner about to go out. You need to buy the manual tensioner for a H23A, so you wont be driving down the road and the belt pops off from no tension and you end up screwing your valvetrain up.

Sweet other than that

Fixed it for you, because "Super 70" turbo = ignorance
