oh by no means am i sayng i dont love my honda or honda in general im just sayin hey look soemthin else you can fix up relatively cheap thats stylish and hauls ass. Most rat rods are built like we build out cars. homemade ----

I love cars, trucks, bikes, sleds, most any thing with a engine that can be modified but my hart is always with hondas. I'm old enough to have loved hondas before it was cool to have one, 1977 civic hatch with the coil springs pulled out and the bump stops cut :6

easy to work on but expensive as hell... I was looking at getting a 35 ford that needed a bunch of work but totalled it up and it just wasnt worth it...

I drive a Civic because I was a mechanic and the Civic is probably the easiest modern car to work on and mainly because everybody hates Hondas so it is so fun to stomp there "sports cars" on the drag srtip and the autocross.

No one is bashing on hondas but now that someone wants to show you somehting else respect their decision. i mena im selling my crx with b18a1 and ys1 tranny for 3 grand to dump into my eclipse. cause at this pooint the 99 eclipse is in better condition then the 90 crx. Plus even around here hondas grow on trees so i figured a na-t eclipse wouldbe cool as ----. sure this site is heavily honda/acura based but it isnt required. jsut my $0.02

Sweet. I'm not to much of a Rat Rodder, I'm more into the custom Rods. That why we got a 48 Ford Tudor sitting out in my shop stripped to the frame as we speak!!!!

I like Jesse James one old Rat Rod (I assume they are called). I would love to own one.....later in life. Flat black, no hood, big engine, cut top. I like it.

I love most cars pre 70s but as of right now building something like that is just too pricey. One day it'll happen.
