Is there such thing as a small electric oil pump?

I'm tired the dam oil return bit to the oil pan. Would it be reasonable to have a oil cooler/oil pump/oil tank
specifically for the turbo?

probably possible. Think about drag cars. with the turbos so far up front and low the normal gravity idea wouldnt work for them. A normal water pump would work i guess. As long as it was up to the temps of the oil.

hey man just do what i did, take an elecric motor (wiper motor) and connect that w/ a shaft to an oil pump. you'll have to make your own brackeets and stuff but it works.
