actually no they're not, i don't usually sell large items that have to be personally delivered for shipping, i have all of my shipping picked up at my house and haven't missed a beat except for these slicks. when you have a full time job and are booked for tuning cars for weeks, it hard to find time for even the simplest tasks like dropping of a pair of slicks at ups.

If you cant find time to ship slicks out, you shouldnt ------- sell them, simple as that. And you cant tell me that in...4 months you havent had a single chance to ship this guy his slicks.

he didn't accept money based on the premise that kevin was going to ship the item in a short amount of time, and then kevin did not. I fail to see how any of this can be laid on the purchaser. Either way Kev is getting off pretty easy here. There are other members who have been added to the banned list for methods like this.

Why are you just telling him this now? 2 months to tell him you're too lazy to ship them out for him because a courier wont come to you for p/up.

lol, the funny part is, even when he offered me a refund he said "but i can't give it to you right now because my paypal account is disabled"....

wow this guy has messed so many people over and he is still a moderator? i think he should be punished and taken out of that position and get someone more trust worthy

well it looks like he's disappeared again, I havent received money or gotten notice of any kind of shipment... Man it just seems to keep happening like this, i get ahold of him, he assures me he'll take care of it, then he wont respond to me for a while, so I have to disappear and jump back in when he thinks i've forgotten about it, then the cycle starts again.
