tap size i used was 3/8-16, drill size 5/16....and stealth, are you notching the block yourself?...i just guessed how much to do because i couldnt find any info, but my engine definitely "talks" to me now so watch out

Yes, I notched myself. I had help from my step-dad (he's a machinist) and his tools. Endyne has a write up on it at theoldone.com under d series or something. My block came out great. It looks just like the one depicted on the old one site. What do you mean your block talks to you? Wouldn't that mean you didn't take enough out?? or maybe you took too much and your pistons' skirt is bouncing off the cylinder wall. Check out that site and tell me the difference between yours and the one there. I'd go get the link, but then I can't find my way back here. pees
