there were a few to choose from, but the others were all out, and only had the shelf model left... and they didn't have batteries in them or cables or chargers or anything. so i would've had to buy everything seperate., one was $300 for display model.

but i couldn't find the right battery for it. so i found a different camera that was $100 on sale or something... this was at fry's

its emprex 12mp camera, has lcd panel, mp3 player, tv/usp out. has sd slot, and i bought a 2gig card for it.

i can use it as storage and stuff which is cool, and the mp3 part. and its small like the size of my palm. it also takes pictures and stuff too

Helluva deal. Not sure where you got your card but they have 4-8gb cards for cheap as ---- on ebay. I think i can get a 2gb minisd card for $25 on ebay now. Most stuff records mp4 format though and it's pretty good compression so 2gb will probably be plenty.

ya this one does mpeg4

it takes regular sd cards, not mini ones. the 2gig was like 20 bucks i think at frys. not sure. 2gig should be long enough for me to video tape until the battery runs out
