I worked for a year doinf tech support over the phone for the Lexmark Printers, and it happened a bunch of times everyday.

Like right-click on this or that, and they would be what do you mean right-click.

The classic go to start, and not knowing what it was.

I got a few that did not have the printers connected to the computers, no cable whatsoever, then they would bitch about why it did not bring a cable, back then most printers didn't, or even now they don't, so you could choose between usb or parallel.

A bunch of win95 calls, some windows 3.1 calls wanting to use USB only printers.

and a bunch of people calling me genious because I could install and make a printer work. :P

LOL, my current job is doing tech support for Comcast high speed, I didnt hear any calls like thoes yet, everyone seems to know whats going on.
