I could see maybe adding that into a visible tattoo just for accents in the black light...but personally its not likely that in the rest of my life I will spend more than 1 minute under a black light so whats the point?

The hottest tatoos are the littlest ones, accents

My fav is the Playboy bunny head, not a tatoo I think, but they make it so your skin is lighter in that spot, hottest by far imho

But I didn notice my local tatoo shop has a banner outside for blacklight tatoo's, are they new?

basically when the female goes tanning they stick a sticker on their skin.. and bam, instant tan-line tattoo.

there not new but its taken a while for most tattoo shops to even want to mess with them, they've been around for at least 3 years
