well i'm free again until next friday :P

as soon as i got out i went and got a pack of smokes and went to the bar for a drink. i'm actually about to go put tags on the civic and drive her for the first time in a few months.


it wasnt a felony because the DA didnt write the charge correctly. if you get 3 driving on Susp it will be a felony under the habitual offender type thing. they wrote it as a reg driving on susp.

i went to court last thursday for a 71 in a 55 but i was really doing 85. i got lucky he was the coolest state boy ever. i have 6 months to pay $138, and go to one day of traffic school.

I've only had one ticket. 80 in a 55 on a highway right outside of town. I got pulled over by a sheriff which kinda fucked me since the county prosecutor's sister died on that highway. My dad is a kickass lawyer though so all i had to do was pay the fine. No points, no community service, nothing but the fine. I have freinds get pulled over by SPD(Sedalia Police) and all they have to do is show up to court any pay the fine and they don't get points or anything. I have a friend that has had an MIP, 2 C&I's for racing, and a couple speeding tickets. He has payed almost a grand in fines but only has 1 point i think. Never even had to go to driving school.
