I am certified to fly fixed wing (need to do a refresher though) and wonder if that is just a special endorsement away. :6

I would have much respect for someone who would fly that.

On the plus side, if they're working well enough, I hear they are real easy to land. Problem is they don't go all that fast. I think like 60 or so.

Maybe that's a safety feature...

those things are dangerous. i have read too many stories of people dieing in those things.

there is no special endorsement needed. its like an ultralight. only a drivers license is needed. that might have something to do with all of the deaths due to them though.

i too have a pilots license

try walking across the street in atlanta. im sure in jerkwater usa where u live, you can walk across teh street blindfolded and youll be fine.

I think there are three of us here. I currently fly a 1966 182J with fuel injection added. 30 more hp FTW O0
