But yeah, I bet the driver sued the oil place for all damages, injury, time away from work, mental distress etc. The driver is probably sitting pretty now. Fucked up world we live in.

I always thought the people at the oil changing place drove the car in there so that ---- didn't happen. Maybe he hit the gas instead of the brakes on accident :1

i used to work at a lube shop a few years agio and we had this new guy come in and he was driivinh a mid 90;s miata in to the shop and by the looks of it he didn't know how to drive a stick very good and went into the pit. it was funny watching the costumer who was standing in the window watching's face
