i dont know why theyd do that, that is totally the wrong powerband you are wanting, you dont want low end torque, you want high end power, taht why 4 cylinders are what is used, maybe a v6 would have ben a bit better.

nah they wanted to be different and stand out, thats why they cost so much too...

its a beast, there is no "stock" sportbike that would beat either of them i bet, but for sure the 502cid one... i bet there is some turbocharged bikes out there that could beat it thou :)

It reminds me of when chrysler designed that 4 wheel motorcycle with the viper engine, the Tomahawk

actualy, a 502 boss hoss would ---- a turbo busa up. the thing with the busa is yeah, its lighter yeah it handles better, hell you could be making 800 hp with it. but it doesnt matter because the boss hoss weighs enough in the front to keep the bike down. where the busa will flip the ---- over in a heart beat unless this was on a track with bars. then a turbo inline 4 bike would murder it.

well i was assuming the busa would be drag'd out with a fat tire and some bars.

but the 502 makes 500horse and 570tq... thats a lot of tq :S

in the nrl videos they dont ever realy get on it. the bike will flip. ive seen it happen a few times. it takes allot of weight on the front end to keep one down. where the boss hoss can nail it full throttle and just spin the back tire insted of lifting the bike up.
