all these videos i see, i still don't understand how people all of a sudden on a straight highway spin sideways and run into cars on the shoulder. only i ice can i see this happening

I wonder the same ----. Like all the videos you see of people who sideswipe cop cars and ----. How the ---- out of alll the places you could have swerved off the road did you pick that particular spot and manage to hit a ------- cop car or a car a cop had pulled over? When I see cops I'm on full alert. I know where he is and I'm looking around for people in and around the road. I guess it's just shitty luck?
