Hey. So I'm thinking about upgrading the suspension on my CRX now because the old owner just put coil overs on it, and well, he dropped it a considerable amount and it needs a newer suspension. I'm looking for something that won't bounce with it being lowered like...1.5-2 inches. So I was looking at some full body coilovers and was just wondering what you guys think or know about 'em. I was looking at the Tein SS dampers or the Omnipower street dampers off of Kteller. If any of you have any experience with these struts, please let me know. Thanks.

those would be nice but i would just do some kyb's and eibach 2" springs or something along those lines unless your going to be drifting or doing some serious road courses i dont see the need to invest that much money...thats just my .02 though :P

 

Well thanks. I'm mainly considering this because eventually, this will become a weekend car only, or the suspension will go on my EF9 and I'll use this CRX as my daily driver. But I was thinking the Tein SS dampers would be a good choice as far as quality goes. I don't know ---- about the Omnipower units, which is mainly what I'm curious about.

 

there is a couple of people here in norway with omiman, and i've only heard positiv coments about them.. over here they're a lot cheeper than Tein, so if that's the case wear you live i would go for omniman..

 

What kind of spring rates do the omni coils have? What kind of racing will you be doing?
