OEM honda bushings cost a damn Mint (30+ a piece for a single bushing)

That mechanic is saying you need the whole arm because the only honda part number for the arm bushing is w/ the arm attached.

I have been driving around for about a week in my Energy Bushings, and I will NEVER go back to stock. The stock bushings really limited the travel in the suspension arms. When I installed the poly bushings, the arms just drop on their own weight, since the older bushings just held them up. The bushings take out ALL slop in the suspension, with them in NOTHING moves or shakes in a way its not meant to.

Since the down travel in the shocks are GREATLY increased the ride over very rough terrain is actually improved. I can hit a speed bump at speed and my car will level it self off and suck it up.

As for that website link, If you look at those damn arms, looks a lot like a Utah car, because the arms are very corroded (Utah and a few other states use salt on the roads, salt greatly increases corosion in steel exponentially) it looks like the bushings just agravated his corosion problems. If you stuck a finger in those joints on that car they would probably feel like sand paper from rust. Probaly wore down the bushings, since they actually are made to rotate in the arms... so they essential were ground down by the arms

Push in by hand? I put in ES trailing arm bushings in my EF because they were gone and I had to do it with a hm press ie. big bolt and big washers. I just cut out the old ----, and pushed in the new, without even removing the arms. They are nice and only like 25 bucks from summit, just get those. Took like 1 and a half hours. Get the black ones too, they won't squeak. Black=graphite inside.

yeah I went to the Honda dealer and they can get me some bushings for replacement, but I'm not sure if I wanna go OEM after hearing you guys. What part should I be looking for if I get those ones from Summit?

where do you live? some one tried to tell me 300 to put in the whole kit there still sitting in my trunk and after reading this post i dont think im gonna bother doing that ---- myself
