now with that engine is there somthing different than any other 4 stroke engine? like some kinda tuning or something? i made a motorized barstool back in highschool and just got it up and running again with a 206 cc 4 stroke engine and it doesnt seem nearly as fast as that thing is. im really new to small engine scene and just bought a good looking motor that had the right ---- brand new at fleet farm.
it might be my gearing but my ---- barely goes like 25-30

i wanna put together a shifter cart soon and i wanted to reuse that motor but not if it doesnt make power

Well mine has a 5spd. Did yours have a transmission? Mine probably has about uhh 12-14hp or so but the gears help a lot. If yours was the pull-start type of motor it probably topped out at 3500rpm or so unless you removed the governor.
