You don't need a spring compressor and they are only a few bucks to buy. Or you could always rent one at like Autozone or Advanced Auto. I would spend the money to replace the valve seals now when its this far apart. Definetly worth the time if you are spending the $$$ to get it milled. Plus make sure you find out how much they take off and do the math to find out what type of c/r changes its made.

The clunky compressors at the zone arent gonna work for a honda head

eh, they work, but its a pain in the ***. there made for v8s and are too big for a honda. but they do work
