So hers the answer with my reserved rebuttal...start from the bottom up (its continuing the original post of the email thread).....:

Seriously I can show you the specs of the valves they are not the problem. STOCK DIMENSIONS AND LOCK LOCATION.. The oil… not a problem, and you are not wiling to try and help someone using your stuff That’s a pretty crappy way to treat your customers…. If you choose not to help me your products will definitely never make it into another build of mine… Id think that a set of retainers (with the old ones on my motor sent back) would be a small price to pay for customer satisfaction. Maybe not in this case. I will be sure to post the outcome of this situation, as there are a number of people on a few forums interested to see how the issue is handled.

This motor was built, had TONS of oil pressure and only had 1500 miles on it. Give me a break. Oil was changed at 150 miles (organic for break in), then at 750, and switched to mobile 1 at 1300. Had the balance shafts removed with a kit, and the piston squirters blocked off. I had all kinds of oil pressure.. And NEVER was it shitty or worn out…..I had like 80 PSI at 2500 rpms… The vtec lobes also don’t see load at low rpms like you were saying.. they only get engaged at 4500 rpms (in my setup) Hence your theory of my low speed oil dispersion doesn’t seem to apply either….

HOW IN THE HELL CAN YOU SAY THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE when it is CHOWING on my cams and rockers? Not just one, but starting on the second OEM cam, so the cam isn’t the issue either. Im saddened that you guys CAN help me out and CHOSE not too, especially when it is readily apparent that it’s the only thing that can be causing this… Ill send you this crap back, I don’t need it. ---- I can send you some pictures… This is not some backyard garbage build, I have a metric crap ton of money in this thing

A disappointed customer who possibly wont be back.

We are sorry but we are unable to do this. The product is not defective and we don’t know why you are having that problem. There could other issues from the aftermarket valves (keeper / groove location) to oil quality that can be promoting that problem.

Sorry..

Well at this point ive already eaten a set of cams, and rocker assy’s. Ive replaced them and am getting ready to put my motor back in this weekend… itd be nice if you guys could at least send me the different springs, retainers or better yet even.. both, so that I could at least give that a shot before having to try and come up with a 1500 dollar roller cam setup J I would gladly send you these back……

Thanks.

Brian

They might have listened to that if you had used spell check, Brian.

I have pics of an engine I tuned that dropped the heads off of some Supertech valves last night. I really don't know what to say. ---- happens?

Bottom line, the guy you are exchanging emails with is a wop. No good can come of dealing with wops. Watch the movie Boondock Saints if you need a refresher on Italians.
