Sunday night Singles meal

Bonus:
before you throw it in a pita, throw a slice of butter in the same ------- pan and throw the pita in there to lightly toast/heat it up on both sides, makes it slightly fluffy and simultaneously crispy and delicious |

I eat a lot of tortillas so good and easy. I like to fold it up and toss it in the george foreman for a minute to crisp the tortilla and it really helps hold it shut.
