Does anyone have any hot summer jobs, because I just got a job at a Japnese engine warehouse ;D, I start tomorrow ;D.

You know what I noticed when I watched that horrible movie when he is talking about the engines before he dumps oil in that guys mouth he shoves his head in a civic or integra engine bay then say something about sr20 motors I guess for racewars you need nissan engines in hondas

My job sucks, I make $5.75/hr and 40 hours a week. Although I do get a lot of free food and sit around a lot.

is that minimum wage cuz if so that is mass low, in washington its 7.34 minimum wage.


i just finished my intern at a mortgage company and am now a broker, yay its quite nice when you actually put loans through!

lmao, no.. $5.15 is minimum wage here..I've worked my way up to $5.75 ;) $7.34! I should move to Washington, this state sucks

Minmum Wage sucks I worked at a pizza joint in HIgh SChool makin 6.75 thats what it is in cali. Dont know how people live on it unless you have support from family

I would kill for $6.75.. blah. lol, my g/f works at Pizza Hut and makes $5.15 :-\ How's the cost of living out there though?

DEpends on what areas of California. I live in the High desert about 70 miles from LA/Orange county. Can get a pretty nice apartment 2 bdrm w/ garage for 800-950 depending. YOu move closer to the cities it gets outrageous. My old place in Vegas 3 bdrm w/ 2 car attached garage was 895 but Vegas gets old why I left and came back to so cal.

Seattles minumum wage is cool Atlantas ------- suck. Thats because it cost more to live in Seattle than it does Atlanta. I make $6.50 and work 40hour weeks.

damn and i thought makin 11 fitty an hour was shitty. :-\ i remember when i worked for a restaurant and made 4.25 an hour but i made atleast 50 bucks in tips a night (bussing) that was always nice cause i always had cash but then again i always spent it right away. :'(

Damn, I make 9.50, but of course I live with my parents O0

I used to make 16.50 an hour landscaping until I realized that I could only do that 4-5 months out of the year.

Yup, High Desert white trash style but Im movin down to the 909 to finish my degree at cal poly pomona. Gotta keep it ghetto Vegas was to middle class for me :)
