does she gets stoned? tell her to replace smoking with getting stoned. I quit when i got really sick, i had strep throat. just tell her to quit the next time she gets sick. Or move somewhere where they have winter and its too cold to go outside and smoke

She gets high about 5 times a week with me so thats out of the question.
She wont do shrooms I tried to get her to do it once but she is a control freak and doesnt like being really fucked up. I would agree with you though If everyone did shrooms once or twice a year the world would be a better place.
keep them coming

To quit smoking your really have to want to quit. I smoked for like 4 years straight and quitting was the hardest thing to do. I got lucky and got really really sick, I had a temp of 104 and was almost dead thats what helped me get over the first 2 weeks (which are the hardest) Than after that I switched to dip for a while and always smoked cigars when drinking cause that was the worst. Everyone has their own methods but dip really helped me out. After a couple months I took a puff of a cig and I just completely tasted terrible and thats when I knew I was done with cigs.
Its funny after you quit smoking on how your sense of taste comes back and food taste so much better and how much more money you have. All I smoke now is the good stuff

I quit smoking one year, 3 months ago. I tried everything and could not stop. Self control is what it takes, along with tons of support from friends and family. My wife supported me, I chewed the ---- out of the gum, and I stoped drinking for six weeks. She just needs to be motivated. Also, have her mark it on a calander, then everyday count the days shes been a non-smoker with her. GOOD LUCK!!!

It helps if you set little rules for yourself and follow them.
If she smokes after she eats, cut out a smoke after a meal until it becomes routine. I made myself smoke outside, which is a pain in the ***, but I smoked a lot less. Not smoking in the car is HUGE because I used to smoke like a fiend when I drove.
Smoking to me was 2 parts: 1 was addiction (which I broke with nicorette & ultra-lights) and the 2nd was breaking routine. If you're used to smoking while you drink, or at a certain time of day, or doing a certain thing, you're always going to smoke whether you feel like it or not. It's habit. It's routine.
I've been smoke free for over a year and I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss it, but I smoked on 2 different occasions within 2 months after I quit and it was nasty enough to keep me on the wagon.
