Anything with a fast bass beat. For me punk music works best, have a lot of speeding tickets because of it though.

I'd say listen to The Cult- She sells sanctuary. Not only does it kick ass, but maybe it'll calm you down somewhat so you don't get excited and miss gears.

Ever heard of a band called Thursday? They are dope as hell. They have a concert going on in Norfolk VA on Nov 17th. I'll be there if anyone from HMT wants to join I'll be there and we can chill.
