Yeah cause a big scene. Call the local paper or something too and tell them what you are going to do. Bad publicity will make them want to handle it quick.

+1 make that ---- public and just see how quick it is resolved. However, see my above post about being sue happy and be prepared for a suit against you.

Tell them beforehand if they don't straighten ---- out you're taking it to the news, see if they'll do anything.

Even if it was an employee that fucked you out of your money, sue Payless the company. They're still responsible and are much more likely to have the money than an individual working at payless.

I hope you learned your lesson about cheaping out on shoes.
