thats a fagtastic ad ware plugin in your browser doing that, or it could be a program running in the background. theres one called save.exe, that fucker pops up random ads and ---- everytime you click in internet explorer. its a bitch to get rid of too, i think i used ad-aware to get rid of it on mine.
