Ive been pulled over by a stater...But i didnt get anything...Maybe it was because i was wearing my state badge! :P But yes ive been pulled over another time going to pullman by a stater and got a ticket...So i hear ya on that one.

Anyway, that sucks ***** dude. How could any cop cruising at 80 give somebody a ticket. That's bullshit. Try to get it deferred if you can. Last time I checked, it's really up to the judge that you see. If your record is "decent," they usually give you the option.

Oh and Washington peeps, watch out for a burgundy late-model Suburban/Tahoe with tinted windows and no license plate indications of a cop vehicle. I was going down I-5 south past Lynnwood one day and saw this undercover bacon pulled to the side of the road with a Mustang also pulled over and him cuffing some dude.

lol ^^^ alfy probably has the worst luck with cops more than anyone I have ever met. Everytime we have gone street racing the poor guy gets a ticket. HAHA

Back in the Day I got caught for 15 over on a country road by a K/C Sherif on motorcycle....

His motorcycle was stashed away in some bushes, and he was squating away in a hedge wearing his K/C green jacket...you could swear it was camo...and he had some wet dream that his radar gun was a sniper rifle

Oh and locally there is an '03 Ford F250 with small lift, black, with DARK tinted windows, and a black camper...grill and chrome is all blacked out...it actually looks really mean...then you see the red and blue pursuit lights behind the grill...its a state trooper

you can do the defered prosecution once every 7 years, so keep that for something good (or bad).

Or you can go to court and tell the judge that you were keeping up with trafic, and since the cop was doning 80 in a 70 and he was NOT on persuit, he has to obey the same laws as we do.

You can get a lawyer and you will get off, cuz I don't think that the judge will give the cop a ticket for speeding. Its called entrapment, when a cop makes you comit an infraction.

I got the ticket just west of vancouver like 5 miles after the two highways merge. I was doing a little 4th gear boosting when I ran up on the pig. I don't think I could get off because the cop was speeding since I was going a bit faster then him.

I going to try an get it differed. I live in oregon so I could probly still use that option again in oregon. I just looked at the ticket, how gay I have to send it in to get a court date. Down here I just get a court date from the pig.
