Stupid Turbo i have
Hey, guys i own a 93 civic hatchback CX its pretty fast. But i want it to be faster. I have a body kit already and its lowered with konig caffiene rims its pretty filthy. But i want it to be fast.
Oh well on to the sstory, i went to a garage sale and found a turbo so i bought it. I didnt know how to install it so i went searching around and find this website. can you guys please help me?
How does the turbo work? Do you put an engine on it and make it turn? and how does it make your engine faster i still dont get it. Someone told me it makes gas go into your engine faster. But i dont think thats right. Any help guys would be great!!
I know how engines work so im pretty sure i could install it myself. just need a little help though

Oh ----. 
You have some reading to do man. The answer to this question could be 5 pages long. Read the tech section and look around for a while. There is a lot of ground to cover.

Ok, step away from the turbo. Goto www.howstuffworks.com and see how turbos work. Or you will i repeat will hurt yourself.

Doc Boost took the words right out of my mouth: OH ----! Hey I'm not bashing, we all had to learn sometime right, but when he said that someone told him it makes gas go in faster, I almost fell out of my chair. Also a CX hatch is not fast, well maybe compared to a Metro or a Festiva. ---- I have a 95 EX and I know its not fast, and I have basically every bolt on part available. Drive an STi, then you'll know what fast is.

I think i slightly get it now, so it makes your exaust go out faster. But what i dont get is how making your exaust go out faster would make your car any faster. How much faster? Cause my car is already pretty fast. Cause the exaust i have adds like 20 horsepower, and i have intake. I wanna know if a turbo will make my car actually that faster?

ROFL!! What the ----? Damn man start crackin on the books. OK goto www.howstuffworks.com goto the automotive section and study that bitch. Look for turbos and go over it like 10 times. Until you get it. If you dont know how an engine works read that first!!

No its true.I had to put my stock exhaust back on becouse my performance exhaust was making my car way to fast!The sound pulse and vibration was also interfearing with my flux capaciter.Now I need 21thousand jiggawats!!!
