as everyone else said, he had a month to do what he wanted to do. when he said he didnt want it anymore, then he shoulda contacted you THEN abotu the refund, and worked that then. now that a month has gone by...yeah, ---- that.
I would almost guarantee that he put it on his car, posted a picture of it somewhere and someone said "thats fake" and since someone busted him out on it, (and probably only one person) he now doesnt want it. You see....most people who are on Honda-tech are in it for 'the lifestyle', they want 'the look'. Which is why they rag on so much ----.
Ive sold ---- on there before, taken a simple picture of a wheel for instance, didnt sell. I posted a ------- crooked, mad tyte picture of the exact same ------ thing and it ------ sold quick. its all how the image is. thats probably why they didnt want it.

To me, its a closed deal. You did not hear from him saying "Imma Send it back" and THEN a month went by.
What happened here is he used it, curbed it 15 times bcs it was lower than he thought, and now he thinks he can get his money back.

get him to ship it back, if it doesnt look like he installed and used it give him a partial, but if he used it tell hime hes a ****** and just lost some money for being a scammer
