Nobody is threatening you, and this defensive attitude toward the whole thing like your the victim is gettting old. Yeah things happen, no you might not have the funds to cover it, but:

A) Why am I getting pm's from people trying to find out what's going on with this? I don't have a clue. Why don't you keep them updated. You say everyone has been pm'd, but I'm still getting pm's asking me to find out what's going on.

B) How come everytime you Do tell us anything about this, is all defensive like we're out of line for asking? I'm sure you make everyone real comfortable with that crap through pm's. That's probably why everyone wants me to deal with it, cause you act like they should have even asked.

Do what you have to do, but don't make people feel like you don't have to explain anything, and give everyone weekly updates.
