How often does everyone street race? If ever? Do you do the highway? The mall? Parking lots? Abandon airstrips (that would be sweet)? Or are you a track tested tuner? Just curious to see who all races there whips legally and illegaly and how often.

nobody condones street racing on here, but when a prick in a stang, camarro, or soimething else that is worth the risk, pulls up next to me and starts acting like a jackass.... i make him/her feel like they are one

as you know there are several risks in street racing, and you should know the road that you are racing on....

I don't street race. I'm not down with the whole no track wherever there's room race thing. I was curious how other's do it in there towns and cities. I'm sorry if the thread is gay, but I was really curious how others do it around the states. I may do the occasional red light drag when I get boosted, but like mike said I'd only bother with rich cars and punks. I hate those punks that think there auto rustang is fast.

P.S. I'm don't condone street racing either. They race in town behind a grocery store and it's bumpy as heck. I still won't do that. Been asked to "line em' up" several times. Just don't.

i have only street raced. street racing though...i dont know what you mean. i have yet to run my car at a organized event....just a few races on the street. call it what you will.

street racing is hella fun, i love it and i wont ever stop, even though my car was totaled as a result of the ---- that can happen at the runs, i will still take my next Z down there and show em what it do, i'll race till i die.

i race everywhere, mostly at the track and stop light or highway races, i personally hardly ever exceed 100mph you can get your point accrossed well before that. occasianal organized racing but that is a huge cop & therefore trouble magnet

not really sure what u mean by that, but i don't pick on anyone. i'm 28 years old and mind my own business. i've done enough stupid ---- in my younger years.

i'm just saying when an ------- pulls up next to me in something worth racing and acts like a dipshit in front of his girl... YES, i like handing them their ass.

I'll go for an organized run on the highway all the time. But when it comes to the organized racing, I like to sit on the sidelines. Cops come down hard on that ----.

I've done a little organized street racing, I do stoplight runs if someone wants me to go and starts reving it at me, and freeway runs kick ass but can be scary. Never raced at the track last year I was'nt 18 yet and my mom would'nt sign the forms to let me race, this year it will be different I can't wait.

Sorry. I don't know how to make a poll on here. My friend said he was talking to a couple of our buddies we know and he told him how a couple nights ago they got busted for street racing. The thing is they were cruising at 40mph in a 35mph zone side by side, but not getting on it or anything. Cop pulls them over and calls it street racing. They are going to fight it, but the fine is like $480 and 6 month license suspension. I don't know when it happened, but it was a couple nights ago. My other friend said that at the end of the month cops give dumb tickets because they have to meet their quota for the month. Is this true? This would be PA State Troopers. All I know is Thrusday (the 31st) we counted maybe 4 cops while we were out and another 23 while we chilled and talked that day/night.
