Maybe it's just me and how i see it from his prospetion of how he felt. but, i think you miss understood what i said.. or maybe it's just me. but, when i asked if he had something to do with it, he said he felt heartbroken and he didn't know what to say and didn't expect a question like that. so he was a little nervous because he does have a friend with that name and he didin't know that i remembered. so, he hung up. from him hanging up. he wanted to see how far i would go of accusing him. As far as the insurance theres a whole nother mess. the car is insured with estrella insurance wich is located in florida. At first they where giving me ---- that it wasn't gonna be covered and blah blah blah because it's in cali. once my lawyer wrote a letter first thing i heard was my cell, the insurance called me to settle the amount and work the value of the vehicle. There offering me some bogus numbers, and there like " well from the best of your knowledge describe your car to a dealer and see what they would give you" i'm like first of all i pay you to secure my car. not to ------- shop prices. and pay me if IN CASE ---- HAPPEN. If you're gonna play these anoying o what if what if and how much i'll just let my lawyer handle this and not take a settlement now but later in court. how about that. and she's like ok let me look back at the paperwork and blazi balzi blazi i'll get back to you.... so i'm wating for another call today. they wanna offer me 9200... I'm like really yeah, no way, omg thats great, all with a happy voice. then i'm like do youi take me for a joke or something... this is what happens when you purchase lame insurance. o well.. wells fargo or some big company for me next time.

That's why I hate insurance companies. Why even ------- pay them if they are going to pull that ----? You pay them all ------- year long without using ANYTHING, but when it comes time to pay out, they bitch and cry and try to ---- you out of what's yours. ---- that pisses me off.........
