Holy ---- my friend saw the same thing, a 22 psi turbo civic , some black one thats all over streetfire.net selling on ebay for only 5 grand or so. He asked why it was so cheap and he told him that he moved to europe or something and needed money but only contacted through email and not directly thru ebay. scammers man. That ---- is retarded. ebay needs to ------- get on that.

That site http://www.safepaysolutions-payments.com/ is not real. None of the links work. The domain was first registered on 2006-02-26 by a private registrant. So in case the rest of the story didn't make it apparent, this is a scam.

It seems to be hosted on a real server though that hosts lots of legitimate sites. So if someone can show some actual evidence of a scam they might wanna report it to the hosting company. Maybe they'll actually do something about it.
