simple green + pressure washer is about as cheap / easy u can get.

if u want it cleaner to a machine shop u go.

what about say....

the engine is sitting inside my house, halfway built.
a rag and a toothbrush, and maybe a parts brush with some simple green and alot of towles. i think it will do.

i went to the car wash yesterday, popped the hood sprayed everything down with that 'soak tires' green ---- on the sprayer, let it sit, washed the rest of the car, then came back and hosed the ---- out of the engine with 10k psi's of water and it looks brand new, the end.
