Get this...a local wrecker has a 4spd civic std and i was gonna pick up the mani for a turbo project...

me: "You have an exhaust manifold on a 88 civic 4 spd. How much to pull it off?"
GreaseBallWreckerMan: "Hmmm, lets see," tap tap tap (keyboard), "$125."
me: " :o Your kidding, right."
GreaseBallWreckerMan: "That's just what they go for."

well some wreckers are like retail.. They go by what it would cost new, and take off 5%

i think the best place to get hf manifolds is at engine importers that also do installs they all have huge scrap bins that are full of exhaust manifolds just have to do some diggin.
